Bridger brings ample and versatile coaching expertise to Iron Creed: from earning his black belt in martial arts, to consistently placing as a top competitor in multiple bodybuilding shows, as well as obtaining his ACE personal trainer certification, which only broadened his already expansive knowledge base of biomechanics and exercise physiology. For the past two years, however, powerlifting has become the focal point of his training and coaching. Since this transition, Bridger has not only risen to be a top competitor in Montana USPA powerlifting for his own weight class, but he also has successfully coached powerlifting athletes of all demographics–from a range of novice to advanced strength-training backgrounds–to many successful meets and multiple state records. Dedicated and passionate, Bridger is excited to continue to invest in Iron Creed athletes’ successes both on and off the platform.
